Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Kuber Basmati. We take pride in providing high-quality basmati rice and aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of food products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
- You have received the wrong product
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) is required
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return or replacement, please contact us at:

- Include your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable)
Our customer care team will guide you through the process.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- You will be eligible for a full refund or a replacement
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), you may be asked to provide bank account details for NEFT refund
Note: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled
- In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days after cancellation confirmation
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products opened or used
- Items returned after the return window (48 hours post-delivery)
- Change of mind or dislike of product taste/smell
6. Shipping of Returned Items
If the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address. If pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our warehouse. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs, if applicable.
