Kheer is something which basically a see recipe really treated as desert as an after-meal dessert. Hence today we are rolling in with yet another desert.
This is one of the famous dishes or to say dessert in India. This becomes a little better when you add that fruity flavour to it. This is a very fresh and refreshing desert have full of aroma and essence. And the fruits to it add a hell lot of benefit to the dish also.
Firstly chop the apples into small cubes and dip them in milk which is saffron-infused.
Then cook the apples slightly and add the sugar to it, the cinnamon and the cashew nuts, nuts to this milk. At this stage bring this on the boil.
Then after few minutes add the boiled rice and the cardamom to it. Then just turn down the flame and bring that to simmer.
After some time switch off the flame and leave it to cool. Then add the grapes and the dry items to garnish and serve it after maybe a tasty biryani.
